With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Justin Potier is a nationally licensed broker and a respected leader in both traditional and institutional real estate. His career began in the early 1990s in California's South Bay, where he worked as a title insurance sales representative in Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Manhattan Beach. With a background in marketing and photography, Justin quickly gained recognition for his high-quality marketing materials, earning features in luxury publications such as Distinctive Homes.

Justin holds active real estate licenses in: Arizona - Broker License #BR715882000, California - Broker License #02075076, Louisiana - Broker Associate License #995713851
This multi-state licensing allows him to lead brokerage operations across diverse markets, ensuring compliance, consistency, and high-quality service for clients and agents alike.
Institutional Expertise & REO Leadership
Justin earned his broker's license in 2008 and developed deep expertise in REO (Real Estate Owned) management and disposition under the mentorship of his father. His ability to streamline workflows and reduce asset holding times has made him a trusted partner for institutional clients such as: HUD, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase plus numerous other mortgage servicers and asset management firms!
He is a longtime member of the National Association of Default Professionals (NADP)-formerly REOMAC-and has served on its Board of Directors for over 13 years, including in an executive role as Treasurer. His leadership has helped shape the organization's direction in finance, education, and industry advocacy.
Brokerage Growth & Operational Excellence
In 2018, he joined Carrington Real Estate Services, now known as Vylla Home, where he currently serves as Area Vice President and Designated Broker for California, Arizona, and Louisiana. He has lead expansion in the Arizona and California and oversees approximately 230 agents. In this role, Justin focuses on: Brokerage operations and compliance, Talent acquisition and agent development, Institutional asset disposition and Risk mitigation and strategic growth.
